Audio Transcription (excludes medical)

Fees are calculated per audio minute and it is estimated that a good quality dictation will take approximately 3-4 times its length to transcribe. However, if the recording quality is poor, QWERTY Services will notify you of a revised charge per audio minute, for your agreement, to reflect the additional time transcription will take.  This will be agreed before commencement.

When transcribing focus groups, interviews, conferences, etc.15 minutes of audio will take approximately one hour to transcribe.

3-5 days service

3 day turnaround minus 5p per audio minute.

5-7 day turnaround minus 10p per audio minute.

All fees includes the typist proof reading the document.

 

Copy Typing and Word Processing

£8 per 1000 Words for printed text

£10 per 1000 word for handwritten

For copy typing, if handwriting is hard to decipher, the charge will be agreed before commencement.

Typing that includes tables or needs extra formatting will be charged at £20.00 per hour.

 

Amendments

If typos or errors are made by QWERTY Services they will be amended free of charge provided the work is returned within 48 hours of the client receiving it. Extra amendments or additions made by the client will be charged at £20.00 per hour.

 

PowerPoint

£4 per slide or £20 per hour. This may vary depending on complexity.

Data Entry

To be discussed and agreed.

 

Printing (Black and White)

£0.18 per page
